专利说明:
Description Title of the invention: Work table with adjustable headrest TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a work table, as is often used in mechanics to repair vehicles. More particularly, the invention relates to a work table having a cushion forming a headrest and a cushion for the body, the position of the headrest being adjustable in several positions relative to the position of the cushion for the body. PRIOR ART A typical work table, as used in mechanics or the like, comprises a cushion carried by a frame, which is carried by a plurality of casters, which make the work table mobile. Quite often, the cushion includes a raised part of headrest for the comfort of the user. Sometimes the headrest part is separate from the rest of the cushion, which carries the user's body. In such cases, it may be possible to pivot the headrest, so that it can selectively be flat with the body cushion or it can angle at the cushion for the body. body. However, in most known work tables of this type, the mechanism used to maneuver the headrest is tedious and difficult to use and it usually makes it possible to have only one relative position between the headrest and the cushion for the body. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention aims to provide a work table having separate cushions forming a headrest and for the body, the cushion forming a headrest being able to pivot relative to the cushion for the body. According to another facet of the invention, it is aimed at a work table, as above, which can easily and securely hold the cushion forming a headrest selectively in a plurality of positions relative to the body cushion. This is achieved by a work table comprising a cushion forming a headrest, a cushion for the body and a set of hinges connecting the cushion forming a headrest to the cushion for the body, characterized in that the set of hinges comprises a first console attached to the headrest cushion, a second console attached to the body cushion, a first arm connected to each end of the first console, a second arm connected to each end of the second console, and a hinge snap placed between each first arm and each second arm so that the headrest cushion can be placed in multiple orientations relative to the body cushion. Preferably: - The first console comprises a base fixed to the cushion forming a headrest extending thereon on the bottom and comprises a flange at each end of the base, the flanges being fixed to the first arm; - The second console comprises a base fixed to the cushion for the body by extending therein at the bottom and comprises a flange at each end of the base, the flanges being fixed to the second arm; - the two bases are provided with a plurality of gussets; the work table further comprises a frame, the body cushion being fixed to the frame and - The work table further comprises a plurality of sets of rollers carried by the chassis. A preferred work table by way of example according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, without seeking to show all the various forms and modifications according to which can be incorporated. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a perspective view of a work table according to the invention having a cushion forming a headrest in a relative position relative to a cushion for the body. Figure 2 is a partial perspective view of the work table showing the cushion forming the headrest in a second position relative to the cushion for the body. Figure 3 is a partial perspective view of the work table showing the cushion forming the headrest in a third position relative to the cushion for the body. Figure 4 is a partial perspective view of the work table showing the cushion forming the headrest in a fourth position relative to the cushion for the body. Figure 5 is a perspective view of the set of hinges, which connects the cushion forming a headrest to the cushion for the body. Figure 6 is a partial plan view of the bottom of the work table showing the set of hinges mounted on the front of the cushions. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION A work table according to the invention is indicated, in general, by the reference 10 and comprises a cushion 11 forming a headrest, a cushion 12 for the body and a chassis indicated, in general, by the reference 13 and a plurality of sets on casters, which make the work table 10 mobile. The frame 13 comprises opposite lateral rails 15 extending longitudinally, which are placed on each side of the cushions 11 and 12 and which carry the assemblies 14 on casters. A crosspiece 16 extends between the side rails 15 at the head end of the work table 10 and the cushion 11 forming a headrest rests on the crosspiece 16, when it is in the position of FIG. 1 in the same plane as the cushion 12 for the body. The cushion 12 for the body is carried by a plurality of additional crosspieces 17 by being fixed thereto, the crosspieces being spaced longitudinally between the side rails. A set of hinges, indicated generally by the reference 20 and which is better shown in Figure 5, pivotally fixes the cushion 12 forming a headrest to the cushion 12 for the body. To this end, the assembly 20 of hinges comprises first opposite arms 21 and second opposite arms 22, each arm 21 and each arm 22 being connected to one another by opposite hinges 23. As is known in the art, snap hinges allowing the arms 21 and 22 to pivot relative to each other in increments. The set of hinges 20 also includes a first console, indicated generally by the reference 24, which has a base 25 with flanges 26 at each end. The console 24 extends between the first arms 21 and its edges 26 are fixed to the arms 21 by appropriate fasteners 27. A plurality of gussets 26 can be formed on the base 26 to give it resistance. A second console can be identical to the first console 24 and is indicated, in general, by the reference 29. The second console 29 also includes a base 30 having edges 31 at each end. The console 29 extends between second arms 22 and its edges 31 are fixed to the arms 22 by appropriate fasteners 32. A plurality of gussets 32 can be formed on the base 30 to give it resistance. The bases 25 and 30 of the brackets 24 and 29 have, respectively, openings 34, so that the hinge assembly 20 can be fixed to the cushions 11 and 12 by fixings 35, as shown in FIG. 6. A console 24 or 29 thus extends transversely and is fixed to the cushion 11 forming a headrest, while the other console 24 or 29 extends transversely and is fixed to the cushion 12 for the body. The snap hinges 23 are thus effectively fixed to each other on the work table 10 by the brackets 24 and 29. It follows, on the one hand, that a user can grasp the end of the cushion 11 forming a headrest and snap it into a plurality of angular orientations relative to the cushion 12 for the body, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. In each position, the orientation is properly held in place until that the user removes on the cushion 11 forming a headrest to put it in another position. When the cushion 11a reaches the highest position closed by the latching hinges 23, for example the position shown in FIG. 4, if one pulls once more, this allows the mechanism of the latching hinges 23 to release the cushion 11, so that it will return to the position shown in FIG. 1. Although FIGS. 1 to 4 represent four relative positions of the cushions 11 and 12, it goes without saying that one could provide for any which number of positions as a function of the snap hinges 23 which are chosen. It appears that a work table, as such as described above, fulfills the objectives of the present invention and considerably improves the technique.
